Cynthia Prime has often been described by her audiences as a ‘Cheerleader’. Her high energy, pull-no-punches, sometimes humorous but always gut-honest presentations have inspired and motivated audiences throughout the US, the Caribbean and Southern Africa.

Over the past fifteen years, Cynthia has served as keynote speaker at women’s conferences, high school and college assemblies and business gatherings, challenging audiences to get out of the box of preconceived limitations and to live life fully and purposefully.

After several years as a successful executive career management consultant she co-founded a prestige fragrance company with her husband, Phillip, and scored a signal success as the brand was featured by retailers such as Bergdorf Goodman, New York and Harrods, London. She later discovered her true passion among the HIV/AIDS orphans of Africa and co-founded Seeds Of Hope Outreach, a non-profit organization dedicated to sowing hope, growing dreams and changing the future for orphans and vulnerable children and the women who have been put at risk because of the impact of HIV/AIDS.

Her organization has established an international network harnessing the resources of a diverse group of organizations, academic institutions and churches to work together to make a difference in the lives of a generation of children at risk of extinction in the long term.
