In the small Southern African kingdom of Swaziland, AIDS infects more than one in four people, making it the country with the highest HIV/AIDS prevalence rate in the world.  The result is an exploding number of households headed by children, some as young as eight or nine years old.

Saving Orphans through Healthcare and Outreach and Outreach (SOHO) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that exists to improve the quality of life and life expectancy of child headed households living in communities deeply affected by HIV/AIDS.

SOHO works with an international network of collaborators and volunteers to accomplish this goal…to heal, educate, feed, parent and nurture child headed households.
