LILONGWE, MALAWI

On the 3 ½ acres of land now owned, complete with a well, remarkable progress has already been made: a thriving church plant has grown to 45 people in just a couple of months, bathrooms have been built, and two shops established to help provide financial sustainability for the future orphanage. In January, funds will be transferred to construct a strong 8-foot brick fence with a large gate surrounding the entire property, ensuring security and protection for the well and building materials.. Once the fence is complete, the grounds will be secured and ready for the next major step—the building of the orphanage itself, a vision steadily moving from hope to reality.  The feeding ministry is currently going strong and many of the children fed will be our first residents at the orphanage! 

As we prepare to build the children's home, our upcoming needs include construction materials, skilled labor, and basic furnishings for the children’s living spaces. Donor support toward these practical costs will help us move efficiently into the next phase of creating a safe, stable home.
